Refund policy

All products are made to order. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number, and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
